THE PEOPLE'S RACE

1: Jeff Kisseloff is heading for the finish line,
while teammates Fasil Yilma and Alan
Bautista are in hot pursuit. As Jeff says, "One
of these years, I am not going to start off too fast."

2: Joey Gonzalez is feeling the pain of chasing Jeff,
Fasil and Alan.
THE ALL STAR RACE

3: Peter Gambaccini (in the brown
t-shirt and #8 on his hip) toes the starting line of the All Stars
race, which he would win in 5:01. Could the fact that he literally
stepped over (instead of being behind) the starting line have
given him an unfair advantage?
WOMEN'S MASTER 50+ AWARDS CEREMONY

5: Winner Sylvie Kimché displays
another trophy to be added to her extensive collection. Yes, even
after all these years and all these victories, she still does
not know how to hold the trophy over her head to pose for the
photographers.
MEN'S MASTER 50+ POST GAME GABFEST

8: Ah! Here is a memorable picture of our two Franks:
Frank Handelman and Frank "Zappa"
Schiro.
GEORGE SHEEHAN MEMORIAL RACE (MEN 60-69)

4: Cliff Pauling reaches the 1500
meter mark, while teammate Mary Rosado (#135)
yells out words of encouragement.
ELITE WOMEN'S RACE
- Photo
6: The win went to Great Britain's Paula
Radcliffe, but the drama went to the U.S. hopeful Suzy
Hamilton. In her effort to catch the leaders, Suzy fell
hard onto the ground with about 120m to go, and was quite shaken
up. Although our photographer was right at the scene, he was respectful
enough to refrain from rushing up to snap pictures. This picture
was taken after Suzy has recovered sufficiently to walk back to
the finish on her own power.
ELITE MEN/WOMEN AWARD CEREMONY

7: Here is the picture of the person that we all
waited around to see. Not Isaac Viciosa, the
elite men's champion. Not Paula Radcliffe, the
elite women's champion. Not even The Donald (wearing
the baseball cap), the sponsor for whom the race is named. Yes,
we mean Ivanka Trump!!!
SPECTATOR SPORT

9: Ed Gonera calmly surveys the
proceedings on the sidewalk of Fifth Avenue. As befitting a reigning
world champion, his demeanour is poised and regal
