The Urban Athletics sports store is
located in the Winter Garden of the World Financial Center downtown.
Obviously, it had to be closed following September 11, 2001.
In September 16th, 2002, Urban Athletics re-opened for business.
On this day (November 23rd, 2002), a special Step Into The Store
promotional event was held.

Track Club member Rae Baymiller, seen here talking to
our founding mother Lynn Blackstone.

clothing line known as Rae.

said, "Rae has some interesting designs. Unfortunately,
they are for slim women and definitely not for me ..."

Otto Hoering, shown here with a Russian model.
As a model, she is tall with long legs. Indeed, she is
almost as tall as Otto, who can almost challenge Joseph Kozusko
for the title of the tallest team member. If you want
to talk to the lovely lady, all you have to do is fake an injury
and visit Dr. Hamner's office.

master Jerry Macari, who is not about to let the food
go to waste.

16: Since 9/11, the downtown businesses have not
really recovered. There seemed to be numerous tourists
coming to view Ground Zero, but few of them seemed to stop for
other things. We show this picture to remind people that
the downtown area still has much to offer. We have deliberately
not reveal the subject of this picture, but we are sure that
everyone will agree.
