In honor of the Central Park's 150th Birthday, Bill Haskins organized a 150-mile relay on the bridle path on July 19, 2003.  38 runners took part, running anywhere from 2.5 to 12.5 miles each.  Bill estimated it would take the team 18 hours to complete the relay.  The final time?  18:03:05, an average pace of 7:13/mile.  The runners, in order, were:

The last 2.5 mile loop around the bridle path was a group run, with Stuart Calderwood, Stacy Creamer, Bill Haskins, Kevan Huston, Audrey Kingsley, Jesse Lansner, and Alan Ruben representing the entire club, and Kieran Calderwood, asleep in his baby jogger, representing the next 150 years.
