1997 Club Championship Race

• Our favorite part of a road race is the post-game gabfest. Here are some photos taken after the Club Championship Race 1997.

  Photo 4: Laura Miller and Sarah Gross are having a good laugh. What is so funny here? It was just a very rude photographer thrusting the camera in their faces.
  Armed and Dangerous: While dad Marty Stanton and mom Candace Strobach engage in deep conversation, Eric Stanton is merrily exercising his constitutional right to bear arms (in the form of a neon-green plastic water pistol) and conducting deadly assault on Harry Nasse (not in photo).   Not all those present at the race appear in this photo, because nobody had organized the motley crew right after the finish. Therefore, the team photo includes only those lost souls with no place to go long afterwards. Do you think it is easy to organize a photo shoot? You should try getting the attention of these people!
